§ 10-5.1. Entertainment permit renewals.

(a)

Any entertainment permit holder subject to this section shall apply for renewal of any existing entertainment permit and shall pay the annual permit fee no later than January 31st of each calendar year in which it does business.

(b)

No entertainment permit granted for an establishment shall be transferable. Any new applicant must submit an application to the city clerk in the same form and manner, and be subject to the same requirements as the original application.

(c)

A background investigation will not be required for renewal unless change of ownership, or the general manager's position.
